Organization Governance/Management.
Team work Afrika (TWA) management is composed of Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Staff and Volunteers. Currently the organization has over 530 members and a staff of 4 full-time, 5 part-time and a team of volunteers who work part-time in organization activities. The program activities are coordinated and monitored by the Project Coordinators and Administrative Assistant.
